DescriptionThe Hippodrome Theater was located at 213 S Jefferson St. Named the Hippodrome in 1913, it was devoted to circus-type acts. Pictured in the Hippodrome building are Howes-Fahnestock Insurance, and other indiscernible businesses. This image can be found in Ray Brian's Pictorial History of Peoria Amusements, Book Two.
