DescriptionEntrance to The Knolls subdivision in Peoria, IL when it was first being developed. The stone entrance tower and wall is near a road sign that says: "Knoxville." A few houses are visible in the background, and they are in the Tudor style. Landscaping has been done, and the trees are very small. Streetlights have been placed along the roads. This image is a file print and is a closer view. The caption on the back of this image reads: "Knolls Entrance off Knoxville about 1928."
