DescriptionLocated over 329 S Adams St, the theater was destroyed by fire in 1900. Pictured is what appears to be the actual fire or the aftermath with ice from the fire hoses. A fireman appears to be on a ladder on the side of the building, and citizens watch from outside the building. Nearby is a billboard for the merchant's lunch room, and a man stands in the foreground looking at the camera. This image can be found in Ray Brian's Pictorial History of Peoria Amusements, Book One.
