Collection Description
Special Collections Research Center (SCRC) Digitized Textual Collections contain non-photographic historical selections from Southern Illinois University and campus constituent sources. The SCRC of Morris Library holds significant historical collections that enhance and support our institutional, regional and literary collecting areas. Documents are first scanned, and then run through built-in optical text-recognition software that automatically transcribes printed text so that it can be searched by keyword.
