Description	Interview with Bill Gulley conducted by Don Michel for his 'Insight' radio program in Anna, Illinois, broadcast February 24, 1972. A retired Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps with extensive family ties to Southern Illinois, Gulley remarks on various family members and explains his civilian role in the White House Communications Agency. He describes features of the White House and discusses plans for President Richard Nixon's diplomatic tour of China aboard a Chinese airplane. Gulley served the Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and Carter administrations, and was the first civilian to serve as the Director of the White House Military Office. He later co-authored the book 'Breaking Cover'.
