Socialist Workers' Candidate To Speak on Black Power'
Paul Boutelle, Socialist Workers Party candidate for vice president, will speak at 8 p.m. today in the University Center Ballroom.
The speaker is sponsored by the Afro-American, African Student Union and Choice '68. Boutelle's topic will be "Black Power and United Action Front with head Socialism."
A resident of Harlem, Boutelle work as a cab driver.
He was a charter member of the Freedom Now Party and was its 1964 candidate for congress. He is presently secretary of the Black quarters in Harlem.
