Description | As found with the documentation: Tuberous Sclerosis with Glioma 33/1956 This patient was born on Nov 16, 1934 in Chicago. The labor of the mother was difficult when he was born at full term. Instruments and anesthetic were used. Labor was dry and lasted 12 hours. His weight was 7lbs., 2 oz. No peculiarity was noted at birth. He had spasms at 5 weeks old. He sat up at 9 months, walked at 14 months but never talked. The hearing was undertermined. Convulsions during the following months varied greatly. There wre no diseases in childhood except for German measles and chicken pox. The patient was admitted to Dixon on May 11, 1938. He was found to be a carrier of bacillary dysentery on Jan 8, 195 and was sent to the Isolation Hospital for treatment. He died on Nov. 30, 1956. Microscopic Diagnosis: Tuberous Sclerosis |
