Statistics are generated on the first of every month for activity during the previous month.
About the TXT files:
- Use the browser's "Save As" option to save the .txt page as a file to your PC. The data in the .txt file can then be imported into other computer programs, such as Excel, for manipulation.
- The pipe symbol "|" is used as the delimiter to separate the number of views from the collection alias, three-letter institution code, or reference URL, respectively.
Total Collection Home Page Views
This represents the number of times that a collection's home page was viewed during the given month. For months prior to the publishing of a collection, the collection will appear in the output, but the number of views will be zero. The format of the results is:

On-Campus vs. Off-Campus Collection Home Page Views
These represent the number of times that a collection's homepage was viewed from on-campus and off-campus, respectively. For months prior to the publishing of a collection, the collection will appeare in the output, but the number of views will be zero. The format of the results is:

Saskia Art Images Collection Usage On-Campus by Institution
This represents the number of times Saskia Art Images Collection items were accessed by a user on-campus at a particular institution. There is also an entry for all off-campus item hits. An institution will only appear if there was a view from that campus; no entry means that there were no hits from an institution that month. The format of the results is:

Items Viewed in a Single Collection
This represents the number of times a particular image was accessed. The thumbnail image in the HTML display is a clickable link that will open the item in CARLI Digital Collections. The reference URL provided in the TXT file can be used to access the item. For months prior to the publishing of a collection, the HTML or TXT file returned will simply be blank. The format of the results is:
